This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that are even better if you book in advance. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms, although they may lack air conditioning, are clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the view over the fields to the Thames, which added a peaceful touch to my stay. And the breakfast options were fantastic, ensuring a good start to the day.
All was satisfactory.

Had a lovely stay, with clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and there was a good selection to choose from. The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel was in a great location with plenty of parking available.
The shower curtain in the wet room was in need of a good clean, and it took a long time for reception to answer the phone when we needed something. though, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

The hotel had a great location, located just on the outskirts of town, and with shops nearby. It was conveniently situated by the river, offering a pleasant view. The rooms were generally clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was above average, with a good selection available. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service.
One of our party members found the room to be cold and thought the air conditioning was not working correctly.

Spent Easter here and had a great time! The room was clean and cozy, perfect for the holiday weekend. The breakfast was fantastic, with a range of delicious options to choose from. Loved the location too, close to the town center and some great restaurants. Bonus: the staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.
The noise from nearby pubs and restaurants could be heard late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. The lack of soundproofing was definitely a downside.

I had booked my son and daughter in law with their young baby to stay with you and they were very impressed with everything - particularly the cleanliness. Top marks! I subsequently cancelled my stay as I was staying close by with family but would definitely stay at the Premier Inn next time the need arises.
Nothing - everything was excellent.
